Blend of сра́л(ьник) (srál(ʹnik), toilet), itself from срать (sratʹ, shit), and Ста́лин (Stálin, Stalin). Possibly alluding to the dedovshchina practice of forcing petukhs to sleep on the floor near squat toilets.
