Cognate with Karakhanid [script needed] (qazï, horse abdomen fat and sausage made of it); Kazakh қазы (qazy), Kyrgyz казы (kazı), Uzbek qazi, Uyghur قېزى (qëzi, horse fat; the sausage), Khakas хазы (xazı, horse abdomen fat), etc.
