[edit]тряс(ти́) (trjas(tí)) + -и́на (-ína). Cognate with Bulgarian тресавище (tresavište), Czech třasovisko, Polish trzęsawisko, Serbo-Croatian тресава, Ukrainian трясовина (trjasovyna).
