     'af bal-nitá'u 'af bal-zorá'u 'af bal-shorésh ba'árets giz'ám v'gam-nasháf bahém vayiváshu us'ará kakásh tisa'ém.
     ʾap̄ bal-nittā́ʿū ʾap̄ bal-zōrā́ʿū ʾap̄ bal-šōrēš bāʾā́reṣ gizʿām wəḡam-nāšap̄ bāhem wayyīḇā́šū ūsəʿārā kaqqaš tiśśāʾēm.

     Scarce are they planted, scarce are they sown, scarce hath their stock taken root in the earth; when He bloweth upon them, they wither, and the whirlwind taketh them away as stubble.
