רָאָה • (ra'á) third-singular masculine past (pa'al construction, infinitive לִרְאוֹת, passive counterpart נִרְאָה)

To see, to have vision; figuratively, to perceive.
רָאִיתִי חָבֵר שֶׁלִּי בַּ חֲנוּת וְ שָׁכַחְתִּי לִקְנוֹת חָלָב.
ra'íti khavér shelí bakhanút v'shakhákhti liknót khaláv.
I saw a friend of mine at the store and forgot to buy milk.
(archaic) To observe, look at; figuratively, to consider.
