     Kidnapping incidents in Iraq have undergone a considerable decline as compared to what had been to her years ago when the country was living a state of chaos. But despite the tight security measures which the government forces have transacted, Baghdad witnesses acts of violence daily, under which there are also kidnappings from time to time, largely targeting civilians for the purpose of obtaining ransom.
