- A physical alienation from oneself, whether due to being in foreign lands or in a hostile/uncomfortable space.
- فدوافع الغربة في معظمها اجتماعية اقتصادية سياسية أو حتى نفسية، بينما تظل دوافع الاغتراب نفسية فقط
- The motives of alienation [Ghurba] are mostly socio-economic-political or even psychological, while the motives of alienation [Ightarib] remain psychological only.
