     وفرضت القوات كردونًا حول مكان التسرب، وإخطار شركة الغاز، ومجلس مدينة الفيوم، وانتقل المسؤلون الذين أمروا بغلق جميع المحابس الرئيسية، وتبين أن سبب التسرب وجود تآكل فى بعض الوصلات الخاصة بالمواسير، وقُطِعَ الغاز عن القرية لحين الانتهاء من الإصلاحات

     The forces set up a cordon around the area of the [gas] leakage and informed the gas company and the council of the city Al-Fayyūm, and in return the competent persons ordered the complete closure of the main valves and it was stated that the reason of the leakage has been the presence of corrosion in some specific joints of the pipes, and the gas was cut off from the village up to the time of the end of the reparations.
