هَطَلَ (haṭala) I (non-past يَهْطِلُ (yahṭilu), verbal noun هَطْل (haṭl) or هَطَلَان (haṭalān) or تَهْطَال (tahṭāl))

  1. to flow in torrents, to pour down (of rain, tears, etc.)
  2. to rush, to walk quickly (of a person)
  3. to walk weakly (of a camel)
  4. (transitive) to flow down (an animal, etc.) (e.g. of sweat)
