Etymology[edit]

Inherited from Maharastri Prakrit 𑀑𑀚𑁆𑀛𑀭𑀺𑀅 (ojjharia, thrown aside). Compare Sindhi اوجِهرَڻُ / ओझिरणु (to nod from drowsiness), Maithili ओझराएब (ōjhᵊrāēb) / 𑒍𑒗𑒩𑒰𑒋𑒥 (ōjharāēba).[1]
