Etymology

Borrowed from Punjabi ਕੱਚਾ (kaccā) and influenced by Hindi कच्चा (kaccā)[1], from Ashokan Prakrit *𑀓𑀘𑁆𑀘- (*kacca-). Doublet of काचा (kāċā) (poetry).
