[edit]Inherited from Old Marathi 𑘢𑘰𑘡𑘿𑘮𑘰𑘃𑘜𑘹 (pānhāīṇe), 𑘢𑘰𑘡𑘿𑘮𑘰𑘪𑘜𑘹 (pānhāvaṇe), 𑘢𑘰𑘡𑘿𑘮𑘰𑘧𑘜𑘹 (pānhāyaṇe). Related to पान्हा (pānhā). Compare Maharastri Prakrit 𑀧𑀡𑁆𑀳𑀅𑀇 (paṇhaaï), Hindustani پَنانا (panānā) / पनाना (panānā), Odia ପନାଇବା (panāibā).
