[edit]- Colloquially used for a rough estimation of a figure, eg. ഒരു പത്ത് രണ്ടായിരത്തഞ്ഞൂറ് ആൾക്കാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു (oru pattŭ raṇṭāyirattaññūṟ āḷkkāṟ uṇṭāyirunnu, “there were approximately 2500 people”, literally “there were a ten 2500 people”)
