Etymology[edit]
From Proto-Albanian *-kā from Proto-Indo-European *-kos. Seen in PA word such as gak, Pa *Gaukā from IE *Gōu + *-ko. thikë, EA tsikā from IE *ḱey + *-ko-. Related to -ikë such as in brengë and -uk as in bark. Cognate with Ancient Greek -ικός (-ikós)[1]
