Disallowing translations for English inflected forms

• Formally disallowing translations of English inflected-form entries/senses.
• Note: This vote only applies to inflected-form senses of English entries. Other sense lines of English entries, such as an adjective sense of (deprecated template usage) interested and an adjective sense of (deprecated template usage) interesting, are not affected by this vote: as they are not inflected forms, they can retain translations even if this vote passes. Only the inflected-form senses (with definition lines like {{past of|interest}} and {{present participle of|interest}}) are affected.
• If successful, the text at WT:ELE#Translations should be amended. The current version reads:

Translations are to be given for English words only. In entries for foreign words, only the English translation is given, instead of a definition. Any translation between two foreign languages is best handled on the Wiktionaries in those languages.

This should be amended to:

Translations are to be given for English words only. In entries for foreign words, only the English translation is given, instead of a definition. Any translation between two foreign languages is best handled on the Wiktionaries in those languages. English inflected forms will not have translations. For example, paints will not, as it is the plural and third-person singular of paint. In such entries as have additional meanings, these additional meanings should have translations. For example, the noun building should have translations, but the definition present participle of build will not.
