      Vzjatʹ burakóv óbšče s ix travóju, skrošítʹ polóskami, obžáritʹ v másle koróvʹjem, smočítʹ otvárom iz goršká, v kotórom váritsja govjádina i kúrica; pósle burakí sovsém výložitʹ k govjádine, priprávitʹ sólʹju, pribávitʹ ukrópu, lúku i uvarítʹ óčenʹ spélo.
      Take beetroots with their tops together, chop then in sticks, roast in butter, wet them with broth from a pot where beef and chicken were boiled; later add beetroot to beef, salt it, add some dill, onions, and boil it very soft.
