Usage notes
This term translates only ฮผฮฌฯฮฑฮนฯฮฑ (mรกkhaira, โshortswordโ). It thus appears to be narrower in sense than ๐ท๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฟ๐ (hairus), which translates ฮผฮฌฯฮฑฮนฯฮฑ (mรกkhaira, โshortswordโ), as well as แฟฅฮฟฮผฯฮฑฮฏฮฑ (rhomphaรญa, โlong and broad swordโ).
Declension
Only the accusative singular is attested, but the word is probably masculine based on other Germanic languages.
