     זַרְזִיר מָתְנַיִם אוֹ־תָיִשׁ וּמֶלֶךְ אַלְקוּם עִמּוֹ׃

     zarzír motnáyim 'o-táyish umélekh 'alkúm 'imó.
     zarzīr moṯnáyim ʾō-ṯā́yiš ūmeleḵ ʾalqūm ʿimmō.

     The greyhound; the he-goat also; and the king, against whom there is no rising up.
