Either an expressive creation, or from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 360: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "qfa-sub-bal" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF. (Indo-European), or from Late Latin titia, titta. Compare Daco-Romanian țâță, Italian tetta, zizza, French tette, Portuguese teta, Spanish teta.
