From the (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Arabic اَلنَّسْر اَلطَّائِر (an-nasr aṭ-ṭāʔir, “the flying eagle”), from نَسْر (nasr, “eagle”) + طَائِر (ṭāʔir, “flying”).
