no RFD for now but to me this just looks like a way to make sure the listener has heard a word correctly. "billion with B" only needs to exist because people can easily mishear it as million and grossly^lol misunderstand the quantity being talked about. Likewise cat with a T doesnt mean a really standout example of a cat, it just means (if in print) someone mistyped it as "car" or (if out loud) the listener might mishear it as cap, etc. —Soap— 14:20, 2 February 2023 (UTC)
