Deliberate alliteration only?

Is this category for phrases that were created in order to alliterate? Should it include those that are alliterative only by coincidence? Equinox ◑ 10:24, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

@Equinox: In principle, it's for deliberate alliterations (the same way that Category:English rhyming phrases / Category:English rhyming compounds should be for deliberate rhymes). However, I'm afraid it won't always be easy to determine. Do the two entries already in the cat fit? PUC – 11:14, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
