Category talk:Georgian syncopic forms

Why is this category in the Terms by etymology by language? The terms in this category are not derived through any kind of synocpic process.

Actually, Georgian word being syncopic means dropping the interior vowel in the process of declension. At least this is what I wanted to mean when I suggested this category in my template ka-noun-c-2.

Maybe a better idea is to only include those forms that have already dropped a vowel? Then, the categories' hierarchy is justified.

But, it is also wise to have a category for the lemmas that have a syncopic property, in other words lemmas that produce syncopic forms.--Dixtosa (talk) 19:14, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
