The following information has failed Wiktionary's deletion process (permalink).
It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.
Ecclesiastical pronunciations are now enabled by default, which makes this category redundant in light of Category:Latin terms with IPA pronunciation. Nicodene (talk) 17:35, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. Of slightly more value would be Category:Latin terms with Ecclesiastical IPA pronunciation only (entries where the classical pronunciation has been suppressed), but even that is marginal. This, that and the other (talk) 01:41, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- I think that would just cover Medieval Latin and later - I don't see much use in it, though. Theknightwho (talk) 18:53, 5 November 2022 (UTC)

- Delete per above, though I think the suggested ecclesiastical-only category might be helpful. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 18:49, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
- I'd say delete per nom. Acolyte of Ice (talk) 10:31, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
RFD-deleted and replaced with Cat:Latin terms with Ecclesiastical IPA pronunciation only as I suggested. I won't be offended if that cat is in turn RFD'd, but let's give ourselves time to find out whether it is useful. This, that and the other (talk) 01:56, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
