     Kono raiu no eikyō de, enu etchi kē ga kongetsu yokka kara dokuji bangumi no hōsō o hajimeta eisei hōsō no jushin ga chīki niyotte yaku jūgofun, fukanō ni natta.

     As an effect of the thunderstorm, the satellite broadcasts that NHK began on the fourth of this month became impossible for about fifteen minutes in some areas.
