Borrowed from Arabic نِزَارِيّ (nizāriyy), from the name of Nizar ibn al-Mustansir.

  1. A member of the largest branch of the Ismaili Shi'i Muslims. Their teachings emphasize ijtihad, pluralism, and social justice.
