Proposed etymon, different from ανακοινωθέν@Triant and ανακοινωθείς-είσα-έν@Triant The reason is that there is NO ancient verb ανακοινόω. There is only κοινόω. The ανα- is a later addition, calque of French communiqué
The inflection: as in ancient κοινόω [no contruction]: participle passive aorist = ο κοινωθείς, η κοινωθεῖσα, το κοινωθέν @perseus So, in polytonic, and in Katharevousa we had: ἀνακοινωθείς, ἀνακοινωθεῖσα, ἀνακοινωθέν.
The neuter, ουσιαστικοποιήθηκε (became noun) = official announcement. Decl: το ανακοινωθέν, του ανακοινωθέντος... quasi ancient declension as in E12γ διασωθείς@Τριαντ
This looks like πολεμικό ανακοινωθέν. sarri.greek (talk) 02:21, 20 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
