Module error

[edit]

@ObsequiousNewt: I tried to make an irregular adjective table (starting with the two nominative-singular forms), but it causes a module error. Unfortunately, string functions don't give very informative errors, so I can't figure out where in Module:grc-decl something's going wrong. — Eru·tuon 01:14, 3 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Erutuon: You do actually need to supply all the forms, otherwise it'll try to access them and crash. But why not just do {{grc-adecl|τετρᾰποδ|MNS=τετρᾰ́πους|NNS=τετρᾰ́πουν}}?
@ObsequiousNewt: Okay, so the module requires a certain number of parameters. But it would be much more helpful if a template with incomplete parameters were still correctly processed, because then someone can figure out what they need to add. Or that there would be an error message telling you what to do. Oh, yeah, that would probably work. — Eru·tuon 01:31, 3 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
