Based on Google Translate's rendition of passages from uk.WP containing "авіахім", this seems to mean something related to "avaiation" or "aircraft". Almost all of the hits on Google Books are capitalized and in the context of the USSR. - -sche (discuss) 19:42, 12 June 2014 (UTC)
