Yes, it can go both ways. I palatalise it, I wasn't sure what's considered the norm. I'm pretty sure I heard it palatalised by TV anchors as well. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 21:48, 23 July 2017 (UTC)
