@Atitarev, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89, Wanjuscha, KoreanQuoter Zaliznyak says the literal meaning "to awaken" is 4c, while the figurative meaning "to arise (of feelings)" is 4b, but doesn't say anything about figurative "to come to life". How is that meaning conjugated? Is the 4c/4b distinction by meaning real? ruwikt says 4c for all meanings. Benwing2 (talk) 01:35, 20 June 2017 (UTC)

It seems a slight stretch but it's OK. The distinction is gradually getting lost or illiteracy is growing. You got it right. The meaning "to come to life" is from "to awaken, to wake up", also "c".
