Diacritic[edit]
@LibCae What's the diacritic for? Kalmyk doesn't have distinctive word stress (as far as I know). Crom daba (talk) 12:52, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
- It was not me who added the stress, but I did heard it clearly on Forvo. I don’t know if any dictionary do indicate it. LibCae (talk) 16:04, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
- I meant the accent at the headword line, we usually only mark it for languages with distinctive accent like Russian, I'll remove it.
- Also /ʊ/ is maybe a more accurate rendering than /u/ (although I can't find good data on that) but I think it's better to use /u/ since it seems better supported in sources. Crom daba (talk) 19:59, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
