@Metaknowledge: I agree but it was used as a simple usage example in Hans Wehr dictionary, besides, I think idiomatic expressions can be used that way as well - in {{uxi}}. I don't mind, since it now has an entry. Funny that lack of etymological Arabic dictionaries allows Turks to claim this word as their own, even using the modern Arabic spelling and the use of the definite article. Hans Wehr works differently than Wiktionary. Just because he formats that way doesn't mean that you should copy it here, when we have a format more appropriate for a digital (rather than a paper) dictionary. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 03:03, 27 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
