@Metaknowledge: Re: diff: there's no one right answer for the pronunciation of many loanwords into Arabic. It depends who you ask, including educated native speakers. Some native speakers (purists) think that non-native sounds shouldn't be used in the transliteration if they are not in the classical Arabic but the evidence shows it's not true. In Wiktionary:Tea_room/2018/June#Pronunciation_of_بلجيكا_in_Arabic, the referenced work is not trusted by a native speaker, which is disappointing.
