@Per utramque cavernam: No, that's समान (samān, same, equal) +‎ अर्थी (arthī, having meaning). By the laws of sandhi, the -a in the first word and a- in the second are combined into ā. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 13:02, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
