Cleanup

[edit]

@咽頭べさ - Please clean up this definition you added: "to plait twill of bamboo cane or similar material." - it currently reads as a verb, not a noun. I'm not sure how to copyedit this. --Hintha (talk) 03:42, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Hintha, The တာန် and တန် vocabulary are not derived from the Burmese vocabulary, but from the English ton vocabulary. I would like you to stop saying that Burmese vocabulary has been adopted without the ability to understand the history of Mon vocabulary. once upon a time, the Mon language was the mother tongue of Myanmar, after the defeat of the Mon people in the war, the Burmese language became the second mother tongue of Myanmar. except for the Mon people, no ethnic group in Myanmar has a personal alphabet, so Myanmar doesn't really have a Burmese alphabet, only the Mon-Myanmar alphabet, for evidence, read Htawmonzel discussion, thanks.--𝓓𝓻.𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓸𝓫𝓮𝓼𝓪|𝒯𝒶𝓁𝓀 09:47, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Hintha What is the problem here? The header this definition is listed under is Verb, not Noun, so it matches the definition. Acolyte of Ice (talk) 10:02, 11 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
