Since this character is non-graphical and unselectable, I'm having difficulty working out which of these control characters this one is. Could someone tell me which it is, please? — I.S.M.E.T.A. 23:36, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It "appears" to be U+200B Zero-Width Space. Equinox 23:41, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Equinox. How did you find that out? If there's a method, I'd be grateful of being made aware of it, for the next time I come across an invisible, unselectable character like this one. — I.S.M.E.T.A. 00:56, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I looked at the URI in the address bar. This discussion page is Talk:%E2%80%8B. That's a Percent-encoding for three hexadecimal values: E2, 80, 8B. These can be decoded according to UTF-8. Equinox 01:20, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much for the explanation. I'll use this conversion tool if ever I get stuck like this in future. :-)  — I.S.M.E.T.A. 01:42, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
