@Vorziblix A user has added "rabbit" to this definition and linked to here from the translations at rabbit. This strikes me as rather suspicious because to my knowledge rabbits are not native to Egypt, so this might be restricted to more modern, possibly revivalist texts. Do you know whether this sense is indeed attested for either spelling, but in particular for the Sahidic form? Besides, could you verify the change made to the pronunciation (the previous pronunciation was updated by you)? I recall having heard similar pronunciations by Coptologists, but not this exact one.
