• Alright. from the first page of results I see,
  1. OK; is a translation of Huckleberry Finn
  2. is a mention (確かに「ニガー」は差別語)
  3. is a mention (ニガーはその蔑称)
  4. is a mention (ニガーは人種差別用語)
  5. ???? (大物ニガーは消されるほかり女房どもはクスリ藩け)
  6. OK? (KKK は支配する」、「ニガーは帰れ」)
  7. just happens to contain that character string (会議所会頭のツヴァイニガーは市参事会、ライプチヒ大学、)
  8. OK? (差別語と笑い「今夜はここにニガーはいるかい?」少し考えて、レニ—はいきなりそう言う。)

• The next page seems to have either one or two uses.
• I now acknowledge that it exists, but it seems to be really rare and only used in translations of English and not as a regular Japanese slur towards blacks, something the entry should note.
