@Eirikr I wasn't trying to imply that 兎に角 was directly derived from 亀毛兎角. I was wondering if the choice of kanji may have been influenced by the existence of 亀毛兎角 in any way. —Suzukaze-c◇◇ 02:37, 11 May 2018 (UTC)
