@Mar vin kaiser: Without checking the audio, I don't think it would mean that because they could just have written it as kau⁵ tsiŋ⁵ | ka⁵ tsiã⁵ without mentioning the regions. With the confirmation of the audio version, it's pretty clear that kà-chiàⁿ is only used in Quanzhou (at least according to this dictionary). — justin(r)leung _{{ (t...) | c=› }} 21:51, 14 October 2018 (UTC)
