Chinese font 浹 should be select one way

as follows,

either

Mandarin Pinyin: jiā (jia1) Wade-Giles: chia1

or

Mandarin Pinyin: jiá (jia2) Wade-Giles: chia2

due to these romanization have an

identical and similar tone.

seems to think that the pronunciation should be jiā or xiá, not jiā and jiá. Also curious when the altered pronunciations appear and if they indicate any separate meaning. Apparently 大浹江 was an old name for the Yong but no idea which tone would be used. — LlywelynII 18:06, 15 January 2019 (UTC)

For what it's worth, this dictionary seems to think it's jiā and jiá is just a regional affectation in Taiwanese (which should be noted separately from the main Mandarin entry, I'd think). — LlywelynII 18:08, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
