The most-used Latin/English spelling doesn't seem to match the most correct Romanization of the Cantonese:

In Jyutping romanisation it's "saang1 coi3 baau1". I'm less familiar with Yale but must be "saang1 choi3 baau1". In borrowings form Cantonese, especially old one, standards were rarely used and sounds were rendered phonetically.
