@Per utramque cavernam They do look similar and I can't really disprove such a connection either, but 𐌲𐌰𐍂𐌿𐌽𐍃 is used in the corpus only to translate ἀγορά and ῥύμη -- it may be influenced by the latter somehow? There is an ACCsg urruns, so this word's ACCsg would also have been garuns, not **garun. The inflection table needs to be fixed.
