Accidental Revert

In this edit [1] a quote was removed. I didn't realize the quote had been removed and then added a variation on the original removed quote here [2]. I believe the basis for the original removal was invalid on the basis that "Too many quotes" is not the right standard for removal of a quote. In both versions of this quote, I show the context of use of this term in a newspaper, use in the 1980's, usage in Taiwan (ROC), etc, all of which make this an important quote if we follow the four criteria of How to choose a quotation.
