More to the point: English? I've skimmed through all of the hits on Google Books & Google Groups, and the only ones that have anything to do with Indonesia are in Indonesian (almost all of the Google Books hits are scannos for "Journ." in bibliographic references). What's more, the Indonesian ones seem to be about or by a blogger/internet user who goes by that name, and the definition "One who carries out falsified rumors" makes it look exactly like a personal attack on a person thinly disguised as a dictionary entry. I speedied it as a "Creative invention or protologism". I don't know enough Indonesian to begin to tell if it might be valid as an Indonesian entry, but it's simply not plausible as English.
