[edit]@RcAlex36 Hey! I think that I don't agree with this edit [1] but I'm not an actual expert on this subject so I don't really know. I don't know "who" made "the first list" of postal romanizations.
I have no formal training or reading on the origin of these words. My goal is to slowly bring Wiktionary up to a place where the real experts like you are doing this work instead of me. In the course of time and as the scope of this website's coverage of these loan words from Chinese characters increases, I believe that all these etymologies will be adjusted according to the facts and the site will thereby become a powerful resource that doesn't yet exist anywhere else, even GEOnet. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 21:10, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
