  Yes, I suppose it is a backronym by our definition; I have always used the term in a more restricted sense. And as for uncountability, it's usually used to refer to the type of bomb, not a single example of the type (though as more of these are used, I suspect countable uses will become citeable as well). —Μετάknowledge^{discuss/deeds} 19:51, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
