anyone like to help find more detailed definition for reaganesque? Ididn't find the present def v useful as I have the following usage: 'there is such a rare opportunity because these countries want to be part of the biotech century and they’re [like], and I’m dangling the stuff [opportunity] in front of them, but basically it’s kind of like a Reaganesque kind of comment which is you know, trust but verify.'

My question is, is 'trust but verify' a good definintion of reaganesque in use, if so does it come from the 'tear down this wall' speech? and if so... then should i/we update the entry? :) thanks Jenny kowalczuk 22:03, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

See Trust, but verify. If this is overwhelmingly how the word is used, it would be worth a mention in the entry; but, since anything to do with Reagan can be Reaganesque in theory (even his fashion sense), it's not worth a mention if this is just a rare/occasional usage among many.
