@Assem Khidhr I do think it is silly not to have the definition in the definition area! That's not a personal attack on you. Another option might be to use the initialism or acronym template on the definition line, and then add the explanatory "group of birth defects..." at the end of the line, as a gloss or something. @Equinox: I've already referred to the difficulty of using init of template and employed an appropriate alternative. I respect that you didn't intend it to be a personal attack. The next step, however, is to confirm this by avoiding subjective language. Now if you don't think silly is subjective language, there'd be no point in any further discussion.
